Palestinian Covenant
During this time of the Patriarchs, God makes another major covenant with His people who are about to enter the Promised Land (from the Abrahamic Covenant). In Deuteronomy 30:1-10 God essentially introduces to Israel the principle “obedience would bring blessing and disobedience would bring discipline and possibly even disaster.” The specifics of the blessing and discipline are laid out in Deuteronomy 30-31.
